Please fill out and send to address above.  Make check out to ART STUDIO. For each 6 week session, a single student fee is $110.00. Multiple children within same family is $100.00, each.  To pay for entire school year (5 sessions) it is $500.00 for a single student and for multiple children same family, $450.00 per child.   There are no refunds for attending only part of a session.   Full-year tuitions, however, are refundable by prorating for complete sessions not attended at full cost (not discount).

PICKING DAYS AND HOURS

Print this sheet out.  Pick as many days and hours as work for you.   Use 1 (excellent), 2 (good) and 3 (fair) as rating.   Don't pick just one day and one hour, unless that is all  you can possibly do.   A general trend is newer students tend to be at the beginning of the week while 2nd and 3rd year students tend to be at the end of the week.  Class times are simply determined by cumulative signup sheets per class. Red 'xxxxx' in choice slots means that class is filled.  Please return as soon as possible.  2011 looks to fill up all class slots very quickly.  

 Parents will be notified of class times for their children by the 2nd to last week in August.   We will be starting 30 August this year (before Labor Day).  Labor Day is coming late this year.
